Frequently Asked Questions
When are you open?
We are open for bookings Monday-Friday from 11am-8:30pm, Saturday from 11am – 10pm, and Sunday from 1pm-8pm. Special events are welcome, but please call first. And please book your escape at least 2 hrs in advance.
What If I need to Cancel?
All bookings are non-refundable, but we will allow rescheduling if done at least 24 hours before the time of your booking. For the best experience, please arrive 15 minutes early for your game.
How much is it?
It’s $20 per person for 5 or less people, and $17.50 per person for parties of 6 or more. Large group discount does not apply to seasonal game rooms.
What about special events?
We love special events! Everything from birthdays to graduations, engagements, or anything else worth celebrating. Come see us and we’ll help you make a memorable event!
How long does it take?
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early for a briefing. The room can take up to 60 minutes (less if you’re a super sleuth), with another 15 minutes for debriefing and pictures.
Are kids allowed?
Of course! However, our rooms are not designed for kids to complete alone. They are quite challenging. But don’t worry, they’re not scary or inappropriate.
Ages 8-12 will love it, but younger kids may become bored. Children under 18 will have to sign a waiver, and kids under 5 are free!
Am I actually locked In?
No, we can’t actually lock you in the room. Our team of lawyers have advised us against that. 
You can leave at any time, but you’ll lose bragging rights if you leave before solving the room!
What about other people?
Only your team will be playing. Come on now, nobody wants the glory hogged by a group of strangers!
Where’s the fun in that?
Do the rooms change?
Of course! We will be adding new rooms periodically to keep you coming back for more clues!
Is it scary or physically challenging?
No, searching for clues will not require running, jumping, or other physical challenges. These brain teasers only require some bending over or lifting small objects to find the clues.
And no, they’re not scary, either. We want all ages to be able to have fun and enjoy the excitement of our escape rooms!
